To maximize the benefits of Zorn Core Fitness’ Strength Training , Ari strongly recommends that everyone engage in 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise (any exercise that gets your heart rate up and increases blood circulation throughout the body) a minimum of three times per week.
It has been scientifically documented that benefits from Cardiovascular Exercise include a reduction in blood pressure and bad cholesterol as well as an increase in good cholesterol, heart function and lung capacity. It is also a great way to decrease anxiety and depression.
In 2010 Ari Zorn opened his new “Cardio Room” which is an unsupervised physical fitness room that is equipped with Treadmills, Elliptical Machines and Recumbent Bikes.
